Yoga for Everyone

Since 2004, we've been committed to helping people feel like their best selves through carefully tailored private yoga classes, group yoga, wellness retreats and self-care workshops. Taking influence from Iyengar, Flow, and Structural Yoga Therapy, our teaching is focused on solid easy-to-understand, alignment-focused yoga basics that are accessible to almost everyone. 


Massage Therapy

Additionally, we offer Massage in Mid City, including: deep tissue, relaxation, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy and energetic bodywork. 

The "Self-Care 101" Workshop Balance Work offers  teach you the art of  Trigger Point therapy to manage and eliminate pain and muscle tension on your own.


Workplace Wellness

We also have years of experience providing the stress-reducing benefits of yoga and chair massage for your workplace, corporate events and parties.
