Since 2004, we've been committed to helping people feel like their best selves through carefully tailored private yoga classes, group yoga, wellness retreats and self-care workshops. Taking influence from Viniyoga, Iyengar, and Structural Yoga Therapy, our teaching is focused on solid easy-to-understand, breath-based yoga basics that are accessible to almost everyone.
NOW MEETING VIRTUALLY ON ZOOM!
While Massage Therapy is currently not allowed due to the pandemic, we are still hosting The "Self-Care 101" Trigger Point Workshop on Zoom, which teaches you the art of Trigger Point therapy to manage and eliminate pain and muscle tension on your own.
We also have years of experience providing the stress-reducing benefits of yoga and chair massage for your workplace, corporate events and parties.
